Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Associate in Content Management to join our team at Oceans Code Experts. This role involves utilizing knowledge management methodologies, content and document management, collaboration tools, and more to support global professional services organizations. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in knowledge management.

Job Responsibilities

Utilize knowledge management methodologies to enhance content management processes.
Manage intranet/portal management, website usability, and subscription management.
Implement collaboration tools to facilitate team communication and efficiency.
Oversee content and document management systems for optimal organization and accessibility.
Utilize search engines, taxonomy/metadata, and metrics reporting/analytics effectively.
Implement workflow and process automation applications to streamline operations.
Utilize AI agents to enhance knowledge sharing and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global professional services organizations.

Job Requirements

8-10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years in knowledge management.
Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, and Viva Engage.
Prior consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space is preferred.
Experience working with and managing offshore teams is a plus.
Strong understanding of content management and collaboration tools.
Knowledge of workflow and process automation applications.
Experience with metrics reporting/analytics and AI agents.
