Job Requirements

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .Net Developer (React) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll tackle complex challenges, build cutting-edge cloud-based solutions, and collaborate in a vibrant, Agile environment to create impactful, scalable software.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects on time, meeting deadlines with precision.
  • Adapt seamlessly to evolving project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with both team members and clients, showcasing excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Collaborate as a proactive team player, sharing ideas and suggesting improvements constructively.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support on technical tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
  • 7+ years of experience as Full Stack Engineer, with a proven history of delivering high-quality solutions, specifically focusing on .Net and React.
  • Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
  • Expertise in .NET, with a track record of designing and developing cloud-based enterprise microservices using the Microsoft .NET stack.
  • Experience building dynamic front-end solutions with React on the .NET platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to design solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL and also with Azure

Nice to have

  • Experience conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback on Pull Requests.
  • Proven ability to handle production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Background in Agile methodologies, including task estimation and using story points.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
